2026 On MY Way to K Summer Tour
This summer, WUCF is taking On My Way to K on the road.
We’ll be in communities across Central Florida helping caregivers feel more confident in getting their children ready for kindergarten.
At each stop, families can jump into simple, hands-on activities, connect with our team, and see how everyday moments build the skills children need for school.
Along the way, you’ll also see how many of these skills connect to your favorite PBS KIDS shows, so the learning can keep going long after the event ends.
No pressure. No long workshops. Just real conversations, simple ideas, and a chance to walk away feeling more confident about what comes next.
We can't wait to see you!
Let’s get on our way to K.

What's On My Way To K (OMWTK)?
Held throughout July at local libraries, each event is open to children ages 2–8 and their caregivers. Families will explore interactive stations that support every aspect of early childhood development—from creativity and movement to social-emotional growth and problem-solving.
Activities are adaptable for children of all abilities, and every location includes a sensory-friendly space for little learners.
All events are drop-in and free to attend, with materials and take-home activities provided. Families and caregivers will also have the opportunity to connect with community resources and walk away with simple strategies to support learning at home.
