Reporting to the CFO, the role oversees talent acquisition, workforce development, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration, while serving as the primary liaison to the Mississippi State Personnel Board and ensuring agency compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Broadcast Network Technician II
Mississippi Public Broadcasting is seeking a full-time Broadcast Network Technician II to operate and maintain television and radio transmitters, oversee tall transmitter towers, and manage site maintenance contracts across Central Mississippi. Reporting directly to technical leadership, the role requires a strong working knowledge of RF fundamentals, high-voltage electrical systems, and remote control systems, along with the physical ability to climb towers and availability for emergency after-hours repairs.
