Leslie M. Hebert serves as the Education Programs Director at Mississippi Public Broadcasting (MPB), where she leads the strategic vision, development, and implementation of educational initiatives that support educators, students, and communities across Mississippi.

In her role, Hebert leads a dynamic portfolio of programs designed to extend MPB’s impact beyond broadcast into classrooms and communities statewide. She directs the growth of MPB’s eLearning platform for educators, guides the creation of standards-aligned digital instructional content, and spearheads new initiatives that strengthen connections between public media and education. Her work is centered on expanding access, building meaningful partnerships, and positioning MPB as a leading provider of professional learning and instructional resources in Mississippi.

A passionate advocate for educators, Hebert is committed to strengthening teaching and learning through innovation, collaboration, and public media. She is also an adjunct instructor and a frequent presenter at state and regional conferences, where she shares expertise in literacy, instructional strategy, and effective professional learning.
