As a 100% community-funded station, private support plays a more important role than ever. Last fiscal year, Klystron membership grew by 75%, demonstrating the incredible commitment of people who believe strong public media matters in central Illinois.
Matching Gift Opportunity
A generous Klystron Society member is helping build on that momentum with a $200,000 matching grant for new or additional gifts of $1,000 or more to the Stronger Together campaign.
That means eligible gifts can have twice the impact.
Klystron membership begins at $1,000 in annual support, which can be as little as $84 per month when giving throughout the year. For current supporters, additional giving above your existing annual level also qualifies for the match.

What Is a Klystron?
A Klystron is a specialized amplifier that empowers a television station's signal to reach farther, making it possible to broadcast programs and services to a large region. The word klystron has its origins in the ancient Greek verb "klyzo," meaning to make waves or ripples.
In that spirit, Klystron Society members help make waves across central Illinois through trusted public media.
