Timothy joins MPB with a strong background in HR, workplace inclusion, and Equal Employment Opportunity. Most recently, he served with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg, where he supported EEO investigations, guided employees through sensitive workplace matters, and helped strengthen diversity and compliance programs.

His career path includes more than a decade of administrative and leadership experience, including 12 years of proud service in the United States Navy, where he led teams, managed complex operations, and supported personnel development across large groups. He also holds an MBA and a BS in Human Resource Management, graduating with honors. Originally from Kenner, Louisiana, Timothy now calls Mississippi home.
