Free-Roaming VR Experience:
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the free-roaming VR experience. The physical demands of the environment, combined with headset sizing and spatial awareness requirements, make this experience unsuitable for younger children. Guests aged 12 and older are welcome, with children under 18 requiring a parent or guardian present.
Seated VR Experience:
A seated VR experience is available and open to younger children. However, headset use is not recommended for children under the age of 8 due to potential impacts on early visual development and headset fit. Children under 8 are welcome to enjoy the adventure from our companion seating area. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their child.
All our headsets are thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial sanitizing wipes after each session.

Yes. While parts of the experience involve standing and walking, seating is available in designated areas, including the immersive dome. If you require additional accommodations, please speak with a staff member—we’re happy to assist.
This event won't include strobe lights.
It is not recommended for a person with a heart condition or epilepsy to participate in the activity.
Virtual reality provides a reliable and enjoyable experience, but it may be uncomfortable for some individuals. It's not recommended for those with claustrophobia. People prone to motion sickness may also experience discomfort when using a VR headset. This might lead to symptoms like drowsiness, increasing the risk of injury during real-world activities.
For your comfort, we recommend dressing comfortably and wearing suitable shoes. Because you will be wearing a VR headset, please refrain from wearing hats or caps.
