WUCF Internship Opportunities
WUCF Communications Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring
Interns will learn and explore tasks including digital and social media campaign strategies and creative, writing and editing for digital communications as well as content management for websites.
WUCF Corporate Partnerships Intern - 1 Fall/1 Spring
This intern will work with the Community Impact team to help identify and cultivate partnerships with Central Florida corporations and non-profit businesses. Assist with research, reviewing copy, learning FCC guidelines and more.
WUCF Education Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring/1 Summer
Interns assist the WUCF Education team connect with students, educators and families, engaging with local and PBS Kids content priorities centered around education. Currently open to College of Education students only. Please go through the UCF College of Education for more information.
WUCF FM Production Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring
Interns will learn the aspects of running a jazz-focused radio station. Tasks include assisting with recorded performances, organizing music, playlists and more. Pre-requisite is Radio Production (RTV 4561)
WUCF TV Production Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring
Duties and tasks include learning tv studio and field production gear and practices.
Pre-requisite is TV Practicum (RTV 3942L)
WUCF TV NewsNight Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring
This position will assist the WUCF NewsNight team on their weekly program. Duties include research, writing, editing and more.
WUCF IT Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring
This position will assist in WUCF IT functions. Tasks include answering call tickets, learning the media operation from the IT perspective.
WUCF TV Florida Road Trip Intern – 1 Fall/1 Spring
This position will assist the WUCF Florida Road Trip team on their statewide series. Duties include research, writing, editing and more.

All internships are unpaid and must be completed for college credit. WUCF also considers "work-study" students and special academic mentor programs.
