A duly noticed open meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of South Florida PBS, Inc., was held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 9 a.m. pursuant to Section 396(k)(4) of the Communications Act. During this meeting, the Executive Committee held a brief closed session to consider matters relating to individual employees. Once completed, the Executive Committee returned to an open meeting.
A duly noticed open meeting of the Board of Directors of South Florida PBS, Inc., was held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 12:15 p.m. pursuant to Section 396(k)(4) of the Communications Act. During this meeting, the Board of Directors held a brief closed session to consider matters requiring the privileged and confidential advice of legal counsel. Once completed, the Board of Directors returned to an open meeting.
