Brad Waldo - Program Director

Brad has had a love affair with radio for more than 30 years, starting at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. (His wife, Susannah understands.) He has done almost every job there is to do in a radio station including on-air, news, programming, operations, marketing and promotion, and sales.

Radio has taken Brad to all parts of the country including great jazz and music cities such as New Orleans for jazz, Detroit for Motown, Dayton for funk and Kansas City for blues/jazz.

Brad comes to 89.9 Jazz & More as Program Manager and On-Air Host from Dayton, Ohio where he was Operations Manager for five stations.

When not enjoying the great music and fantastic fans of WUCF FM 89.9 Jazz & More, Brad is loving getting to know his new home of Orlando! For family reasons, the charities of Alzheimer’s Association, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and The American Cancer Society hold a place close to his heart.
