We travel throughout Central and Western Kansas with a PBS character for kids to meet and greet.  These events are FREE and each child will receive a FREE gift!  The next events are:

Great Bend - April 20, 2024

Clifford The Big Red Dog will be at the Earth Day Celebration at the Great Bend Brit Spaugh Zoo on Saturday, April 20th from 11 AM to 2 PM.  Meet Clifford in person and take pictures with him.

“This will be our second year attending the Earth Day Celebration,” said Haley Gagnon, event coordinator for Smoky Hills PBS.  “We are thrilled to be back in Great Bend again and Clifford is wagging his tail with excitement to meet you, so don’t miss this FREE, fun event on April 20th!”

Hays - April 27, 2024

Clifford The Big Red Dog is coming to the Hays ARC Park on Saturday, April 27th from 9 AM to 11 AM.  Our friends from the Hays Police Department, Hays Fire Department, Hays EMS, Sternberg Museum, and the Hays Public Library will also have free activities for the kids.

“We’re thrilled to announce that Clifford The Big Red Dog will be making a special appearance at the Hays ARC Park,” said Haley Gagnon, event coordinator for Smoky Hills PBS.  “This is an exciting opportunity for families to meet Clifford in person, capture memories with photos, and enjoy a day filled with fun activities!”
