directors of the West Tennessee Public Television Council. Meetings of West Tennessee Public Television Council
and the station’s Community Advisory Board are generally open to the public. Certain meetings, or portions of
meetings, may be closed in order to address confidential or proprietary matters.
West TN PBS’ Board of Directors and Community Advisory Board conducts meetings that are open to the public
